Returns

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns after this period.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    • Intimate or sanitary items
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items
  • Proof of Purchase: To complete a return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact us for assistance if you need to exchange an item.

  • Partial Refunds: Only in certain cases, such as when:

    • The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us
    • It’s returned after 30 days
    • Items that are not in their original condition

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. If you’ve already done this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us, and we’ll help track it.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was a gift and marked as such at checkout, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If the gift was shipped directly to you, we will send a gift certificate once the return is processed.

If the gift was purchased and shipped to the giver’s address, the refund will be issued to them, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

  • Shipping Insurance: For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
